Karl, licence #M08006561, began his financial services career in 1985 in the finance industry and moved to the mortgage brokering industry in 1989. He was President of Jordan Mortgage Services until 2000 when he merged this company with five others to create Mortgage Intelligence. In 2003, Mortgage Intelligence was purchased by General Motors Acceptance Corporation, GMAC RFC Company. Karl remained at Mortgage Intelligence until November 2007 when he formed Equity Plus Mortgages with Andrej. Karl is a Past Chairman of the Canadian Association of Accredited Mortgage Professionals (CAAMP) which is the national mortgage industry association representing over 11,000 members. He was instrumental in developing the Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designation and is one of only five founders of the designation in Canada. He is a multi-award recipient by CAAMP and is widely considered one of the industries key influencers and visionaries.

Andrej,  licence #M08003793, began his career in the Real Estate industry in 1989 as a sales representative at Prime Realty Inc. During his 15 years there he served on numerous committees at the Windsor Essex County Real Estate Board, attained his Real Estate Brokers License and grew into the position as one of the Broker Managers of Prime Realty Inc. until its sale in 2004. In October 2002 he opened Gatorloan Mortgages, a successful Windsor Mortgage Brokerage Firm and continued to operate that firm until he opened Equity Plus Mortgages with Karl.
